Mozia Island:
The
island is reachable with
a small boat. Just a few minutes to arrive at this small strip of land located in the center
of the lagoon, which is encased the remains of one of the most
important Phoenician cities of the western Mediterranean.
There is a 'Joseph
Whitaker Museum, where they are preserved archaeological remains
recovered during excavations conducted at Mozia and inside we find
the famous statue of "Young Man" (left photo) |

Since ancient Marsala is linked to the salt.
Mozia, twenty-seven centuries ago the Phoenicians, planted a colony, extracting salt
from wealthy backgrounds as needed salt to foods, making them
durable.
The salt harvest is stored in yards and covered with terracotta tiles to
protect it.

The Residence is situated near the sea, opposite the "natural reserve of the
Stagnone."
The place is ideal for water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, and sailing.
A short walk from the residence, the beaches of Marsala, where the sandy bottom gives color to the sea particularly suggestive. Beaches accommodate various bathing facilities equipped to make your stay more comfortable at
sea.
